Workshop Executive

Location : Petaling Jaya 




  1. Ensure all workshops related documentation is prepared without any delay
  2. Proper handling of Star diagnosis and other MB special tools
  3. To update the team members on new Service Information and Service Measure daily basis
  4. To oversee the warranty documentation prepared by other teams whereby assisting warranty department to submit a proper warranty claim and other technical report to MBM
  5. Facilitate the preparation and finalisation on TIPS case and NCD monitoring
  6. On exceptional case, assist to control room in performing jobs
  7. To retrieve, technical information from TIPS, SM, SI and WIS to support all the team members 
  8. To escalate, through proper channels, issues of new cars / new models and repeat products related issues
  9. To follow the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) laid down by the company in the daily work
  10. To be aware of warranty requirements and regulations, and comply the same



  1. Min Diploma/ Degree in Automotive Engineering
  2. Possess min 2-3 years in passenger cars diagnosis
  3. Working experience in After Sales department is an advantage
