- To plan, strategize and drive Retail Marketing Sales & After Sales growth for total group
- To plan & strategize Retail Marketing Sales & After Sales ground activation
- To plan & strategize effective Retail Marketing Sales & After Sales [products, accessories (ASD), after sales services, parts, merchandises & insurance) campaigns and promotional activities
- To work closely with Consumer Marketing & Branding to strategize effective Retail Marketing Sales & After Sales campaigns and initiatives
- To leverage and translate data analytic into effective plans & strategies for Retail Marketing Sales & After Sales
- To plan and strategize Retail Marketing Sales & After Sales events and roadshows
- To plan and strategize ATL & BTL advertising and promotions for Retail Marketing Sales & After Sales
- To plan and strategize Retail Marketing Sales & After Sales plans via multi-channels (online & offline)
- To manage and monitor campaigns performance, results & effectiveness
- To work with Marketing team on the content (to include pre and post events material, new product specification & feature material and newsletter)
- To plan & strategize Retail Marketing Sales & After Sales premium items inventory, including stock at branch level
- To attend, organize and participate Marketing events
- To liaise and build collaborative relationship with Dealer Principles, GMs and MBM
- To manage and execute marketing initiatives by MBM effectively
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
- At least 5 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required skill(s): MS Office
- Required language(s): English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills.
