Admin Assistant, Insurance Service

Location : Petaling Jaya, Glenmarie, Mutiara Damansara, TREC, Cheras, Batu Caves

 

 

Responsibilities:

  1. Handling new insurance enquiries and issuance of cover notes
  2. Attending to general inquiries & provide prompt service
  3. Follow-up on documentation for policy printing and filing
  4. Co-ordinate with runners for NCD related matter
  5. To ensure adherence of regulatory authority requirements 9e.g. CBC) – to monitor payment submission to Insurers.

 

Requirements;

  1. Candidate must possess at least SPM or Diploma/ Degree in Business Administration
  2. At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  3. Candidates without relevant academic qualification, but with extensive working experience are encouraged to apply
  4. Good command of written and spoken English & Bahasa Melayu
  5. Computer literate and well versed in Microsoft Office applications
