Brand, PR & Communications Executive

Responsibilities

  • Brand & CI – to ensure that the C&C Group CI is followed by all departments and assist them wherever possible.
  • Public Relations – to work together with the appointed PR agency on maximum utilization of their services.
  • Internal & Regional communication – to be able to liaise with our regional office on PR matters and also to assist to submit articles for the internal magazine (1899)
  • Finance, Audit & Sustainability – to ensure that all documentations are prepare according to SOP and accurately
  • Corporate & Brand events – to be involved in the planning and organization of the events pertaining to corporate and branding.
  • Stocks Management – to ensure that all stock of premium items are update and accurate at all times.
  • Administration – must be well organized and updated with the dept administration needs eg, issuance of PO, ensuring payments are mdae on time, all paperwork are filled in order etc.

 

Requirements

  • Candidates must possess at least a professional Diploma/ Degree in Marketing/ Public Reltaions/ Mass Communications/ Business Studies/ Administration/ Management or equivalent disciplines.
  • At least 2-3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. However, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Preferably Executives specailizing in Marketing/ Event Management/ PR/ Communications.
  • Able to start work immediately is an added advantage.
